Overview

Education: A.A.S. in Management and Digital Marketing from Minnesota State Community and Technical College


Shanna Pugh is the Program Coordinator for the Agricultural Risk Policy Center at North Dakota State University. In her role, she supports the coordination of federally funded research projects by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and assisting with budget oversight and reporting. She works closely with researchers and leadership to ensure projects remain aligned, compliant, and on schedule. Her responsibilities also include organizing events and workshops, coordinating travel logistics, maintaining stakeholder databases, and supporting outreach and internal communications efforts.


Prior to joining NDSU, Shanna worked in marketing and engagement roles where she led digital campaigns, managed brand communications, and coordinated events across multiple industries. Her background in marketing and project coordination brings a strong focus on organization, communication, and stakeholder engagement to her work at ARPC.
