Wuit Yi Lwin is a Senior Research Economist with the Agricultural Risk Policy Center at North Dakota State University. Her research focuses on international agricultural markets and trade, including market disruptions such as climate risks and animal disease outbreaks, as well as analyses of price and demand systems. She has been working on market disruptions and their impacts on agriculture sectors, including tariffs, bio-related threats, climate risks, and regional differences in market responses to these shocks.
