Education: M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from North Dakota State University
Jennifer Carney is the Academic Coordinator for the Agricultural Risk Policy Center at North Dakota State University where she leads recruitment, student engagement, and experiential learning initiatives for the Agricultural Policy program. She works closely with students, faculty, industry leaders, and policymakers to create meaningful opportunities through mentorships, internships, and professional development experiences. Jennifer also oversees scholarship administration, program assessment, and strategic outreach, helping to strengthen the next generation of agricultural policy leaders while supporting ARPC’s mission of advancing research and informed decision-making in agriculture.
Prior to joining ARPC, Jennifer worked in several different roles at NDSU including, Advisor (Career and Advising Center) Director of Student Services (Agribusiness and Applied Economics) Degree and Records Analyst (Registration and Records) and Transfer Coordinator (Registration and Records). Jennifer's diverse background across advising, student services, enrollment, and academic records has given her a unique perspective on higher education and a passion for helping students navigate their academic and professional journeys while building strong connections across the university and industry.
