Nathaly Villavicencio is an Outreach Coordinator with the Agricultural Risk Policy Center at North Dakota State University. She leads research communication and outreach efforts, working to connect research with stakeholders, policymakers, and the broader agricultural community. Her work focuses on translating complex research into clear and accessible content, managing digital communication strategies, and supporting the dissemination of research outputs across platforms, including websites, newsletters, and social media. She collaborates with researchers to improve the visibility, consistency, and impact of research, helping ensure it informs real-world decision-making in agricultural risk management.


Prior to her current role, Nathaly gained experience in research and academia as a visiting researcher at North Dakota State University. Her research focuses on business clusters, firm performance, and organizational dynamics, with publications in peer-reviewed journals and ongoing collaborative research projects. She also has teaching experience at Purdue University, where she taught Spanish language courses, and at the University of Guayaquil, where she taught courses in marketing, entrepreneurship, and business.


In addition to her academic work, Nathaly has professional experience in program coordination and community outreach, where she developed and implemented engagement strategies, managed participant data, and collaborated with community partners to expand program reach.
